In 2023, People Partners acquired Human Alliance, a well-established HR, labour consulting, training, and payroll business. Since then, the two businesses have grown side by side, aligned in values, approach, and a shared commitment to delivering practical, high-quality people and empowerment support.
Growthcurve Group brings this relationship together under a single group identity, while deliberately preserving the specialist focus and strengths of each business.

What we do
People Partners, founded in 2012, specialises in HR and B-BBEE outsourcing and advisory services. Our HR Consulting team of experienced generalists provides embedded HR support on a fractional basis, while our highly skilled B-BBEE team provides advisory and scorecard management services to ensure that our clients achieve their desired B-BBEE level in a proactive and well-managed manner.
Human Alliance, founded in 2001, offers a broad and complementary range of people services, including HR and labour consulting, payroll processing, employment equity and skills development consulting, training, culture and organisational development, and wellness solutions.
